About Us
Formed in 1988 London Exchange brought together elements from there new wave/alternative past with the dance/freestyle scene that was taking off in miami and new york in the late 80's.The band went on to chart (3) 12" singles "Memories Of You" (1989),"Lost Without Your Touch"(1990),and "Girl Inside The Magazine"(1991). A techno side project was also formed called "Deus Ex Machina" which scored a number 1 club hit in Miami and Chicago with "The Threat of Aggression". To mark there 20 yr anniversary the group has released a Special Re-Mix/Re-Model collection of remixes and two new songs "Tonight" and "Fall Part" with contributions by renowned D.J/Producer/Re-Mix/ Artist(s) Dan Carrone/ Tears of Technology (New Orleans) Junior Kain/Arvy (Sao Paulo) Azzimov (Ukraine) and Peter Marr & Evil Twin (Miami).
I just finished doing my first live show in over 8yrs last night at The Totally 80's Party in Miami's Design District ! The venue was this huge warehouse space that was set up as a night club w/good sound,lighting stage, security,a VIP area 3 seperate bars and the best Mojito's Iv'e ever had!
Had a great Superbowl hanging out w/Ufo Messiah guitarist and also one of my oldest and dearest friends! Out of all of my new singer/songwriter stuff recorded over the past 3 months Marcus has started laying down some tracks on a few select songs and we are hoping to have a few new Ufo offerings and a myspace page before the end of the year! (we work together very slowly)
I spent most of the day Saturday in the studio going thru some of the old DAT Masters and trying to determine if there was anything worth posting of our unreleased material.
